These messages are not stored in a database. Reservations & Subscriber Emails: Table reservation details and newsletter email addresses are stored securely inside our Firebase database backend. Retention Limits: Reservation records are kept as long as necessary to manage your booking and fulfill Swiss financial accounting laws (up to 10 years). Newsletter emails are kept in Firebase until you click "Unsubscribe" or request deletion, at which point they are permanently erased from the database.
